Pricing & Commissions

I create custom, hand-drawn animal portraits in graphite or colored pencil that capture not just likeness, but personality. Every portrait is drawn entirely by hand using professional-quality materials and is designed to become a lasting keepsake.

Availability & Scheduling

I accept a limited number of commissions at a time so each portrait receives the care and attention it deserves. Because of this, my schedule typically books several months in advance.

Portrait Sizes & Pricing

Each portrait is drawn entirely by hand from your reference photos and typically requires approximately 25 hours to complete. Prices below include one subject and a white archival mat with backing board.

Small (8 x 10) - $325

  • Fits a standard frame with an 8 x 10 opening

Medium (11 x 14) - $400

  • Fits a standard frame with an 11 x 14 opening

Large (16 x 20) - $700

  • Fits a standard frame with a 16 x 20 opening

Details

  • Pricing includes one subject on a clean white background. Additional subjects and custom backgrounds are available upon request.

  • Reference photos are reviewed and approved before work begins to ensure they’ll produce the strongest possible portrait.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your place on my commission schedule. The remaining balance isn’t due until your portrait is complete and ready to ship.

  • Portraits are created on archival paper and will be presented in a white mat with backing board.

  • Shipping and framing are not included in the above pricing. Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated prior to delivery.

  • Because each portrait is custom created specifically for you, all commissioned artwork is non-refundable.

  • Copyright remains with the artist. Clients are encouraged to share photos of their finished portrait for personal, non-commercial use.
